Seen quite a few of those so far, people like to vote for the stupid option whenever its avaliable like the MGS box beating Luigi in a previous battle. Guys like to think the are funny like that.

I think Infinity should have a Character Battle so that way Link doesn't always come in first place and Cloud doesn't always come in 2nd every year.  Gamefaqs is so biasis.  That way different characters have a shot at winning as well as not having Squall vs. Tina on week one or Alucard vs. Snakes.  That needs to be saved for finales not first rounds.

Character battle is dumb i think its rigged theres no way that gordan freeman gets as high as he does every year for example half the 14 year olds that go on gamefaqs dont even know who he is

You should be sad about how poorly snake does every year i find it funny that he wins by a landslide every year untill halfway through he looses by like ten votes to some random game

Screw the character battle this year. MissingNo isn't a character, its a glitch. It shouldn't be in the Character Battle at all.
