I might start on a new character since every time I start on a character my computer crash. this is the 2nd time my computer crashed but now i got a new computer and might start making a new character so i would like to hear other people feedback before i start on this character.

Might I suggest using a ground-bound projectile. I can't think of any Capcom-styled characters who use a projectile that stays on the ground.

you mean like rugal and rock, sounds good i might add that for a signature move
