Gouken Nov 2009 Pre final release.

gouken nov 2009 prefinal release is  out. and there are a list on things changed so far. DLc's tweaks are installed with the tweaks i made after. the destrption is in the link

there is a known bug in the denjin hadouken super that im trying to fix, and the EX mode was messedup
and disabled after DLC tweaked him. he might have removed something by accident, but i will restore it.


this release is more or less like a test for data feedback for  the Final release on Dec 24th 2009 marking the the two year release Bday for gouken .
 

i know of the bug with the denjin so if you can assist me with fixing it i would really be greatful. any help granted will be added to the readme.txt

Thanks for this man, this is much more improved than your last update. I'm glad you changed his diagonal fireball too, the new one looks a lot cooler. I noticed that if you do his D, DB, B tornado kicks close to the opponent, only the first kick of the move lands. That's the only thing I see so far that needs addressing. Other than that, good luck and keep up the good work.
