yeah try reinstalling it. make sure you are downloading into ur download folder and not the music folder. windows will interfere with it if you set the download location to music.

if that dont work. your ports could be closed. youll need to open em.  utorrent has built in guilds to help open ports and set a static ip address. you now this because the check make is not green at the bottom of the u torrent screen.

also if someone in the house has the same ip address it wont work. what you need to do in this case is turn off the other machine with the same ip address. now with you computer on and utorrent open do a hard reset on ur broadband box.  there should be a pin hole in the back. thats where the button is. the easy was to do a hard reset is to unplug ur box for 30 sec to 1 minute and plug it back up.

lastly i hope you tryed multiple torrents b4 you say it was broken. some torrents are private so even if there are seeds you cant get em. you need to join a site or community to get these.

After reading around i found out that there is nothing wrong with your utorrent.
It just depends where your trying to download your torrents from, because utorrent is being blocked off by private trackers.
For some reason, you can always try using azerues vuez.

He's right, private trackers won't just let anyone DL stuff, even using Vuez. You'd have to be logged in to whoever supplied the original torrent.

anyhow the only way around this is to do as i posted. find the community it is sourced form and join. this sux tho cause some have invite only rules or you must seed the file for a certain amount of time or you are booted/warned. other required you to be an active member. no leaching. places like this tend to be strict.
