SniperJoe issues and other Mega Man questions

So I tried downloading SniperJoe off the main site and off SpiderMew's and each time the sound is corrupted. I then tried doing just the sound file off SM's site, but the file won't go through on megaupload. And the char crashes my mugen w/o sound.

In short, can an alternative be looked into please?

Also, I of Mega Man chars, I have:
Protoman
Mega Man by DarkRiem
Mega Man by Chaotic
Mega Man by Etg
Stone Man
Elecman
Fireman
Cutman
Iceman
Metalman
Crashman
Magnetman
Knightman
Gutsman

My question is this, are there other releases of that same MvC graphic style out there? And not meaning the X styled as not big on them.
