To be honest the sprite looks a bit rough, and one hand seems to be allot bigger then it should be compared to the other...

What did you edit him from? Did you enlarge/shrink something with your art program's resizing tool?

Yup I made a slight mistake when I strated to edit from Adon and It was perfect befor I tried to change the head and I figured out it was another size. Then I resized ikt and I guess thats the results I'll just try again I guess. :-??
