Problem with sound

I had this problem when I put mugen on my uncle's PC when he got a new computer with Vista on it. But I just installed Vista and now the music doesn't play at the title screen, the character select screen or the Vs screen. But it plays in game, and it plays at the loading screen. I was running mugen on XP 3 days ago and it was just fine. Got Vista installed and this problem happens. Is there any options I can change on my PC or mugen that will fix this issue?

Change you sound driver to in_Mp3PRO.dll. It comes as a standard in WinAmp.

what i did was downloaded the in_mad150b plugin from spidermew's website and got the in_vorbis one to play ogg's and now it works perfectly
