Music Skipping on VISTA

Im sure this question has been asked millions upon millions of times, and im sure theres a crap load of tutorials to fix it, but for my sake, can someone direct me as to how to fix the music skipping problem on windows VISTA not xp

Swich to using just mp3's, get the plug in on my website.
