DOS Characters able to function in MUGEN PLUS

Hello everyone. Is there a way to use DOS characters in MUGEN PLUS? I have tried to use the DOS2WIN converter but to no avail. It seems that some of the characters coding will not accept it and just error out. If there there is a way around this please let me know. Thanx inadvance GOUKI% :-??
