Itunes Help

So i have a song (She Got Her Own by Ne-Yo, Jamie Foxx and Fabolous) and I put it in itunes. When i try to play it in itunes, it just fast forwards automatically for some reason (im not pressing any buttons or doing anything) and when its synced to my ipod, it skips. So I figure why not do a different download of the same song. I download it and put it in itunes, it does the same thing in itunes and my ipod. So then i thought what if i played it in limewires player and windows media. the song just plays like normal there. Then as a final test i put the song in one of my mugen states (temporarily) and the song plays like normal there. Can anyone help because i really like this song? and this only happens for this song and not any others

It probably dosnt work right on the ipod cuz its an illegal download, probably needs some sort of code marker to work right on the ipod.
