I think I'll still settle with:

Batman = Masked Vigilante.

1 Superman can do better then that and use his superspeed

i dont think Bats has the same peak as cap america
Well Captain America even stated he could tell batman was on equal levels physicaly, if not even better.

Uh Ninjas are real........

Not in the way they are protraed in media and how the general population sees them. Most ninja's were actualy farmers who developed new ways of using their tools as weapons to take down those who tryed to think they could abuse them and take their crops and tax the heck out of them.

But the statement was, Ninja aren't real. Ninja's that do the things in movies and anime aren't real, but Ninja's did exist, so I stand by my statement.

But the kind of ninjas Batman has trained with, arnt real. So thats how my statement in this conversation is valid.

Thus Batman can do things that people IRL cannot, he wears a cape and outfit and is a major symbol to people all arround the world. He's a Super Hero. Even the media calls him a Superhero, as does most of the gernal populatiion.

In 6th grade i did a servay of the people in my area on what their favorate superhero was, at the time I didnt include batman on my list but most people said him anyway, making him the winner.

Ninja as a group first began to be written about in 14th century feudal Japan as martial organizations predominately in the regions of Iga and Koga of central Japan, though the practice of guerrilla warfare and undercover espionage operations goes back much further.[citation needed]

At this time, the conflicts between the clans of daimyo that controlled small regions of land had established guerrilla warfare and assassination as a valuable alternative to frontal assault.[citation needed] Since Bushidō, the samurai code, forbade such tactics as dishonorable,[citation needed] a daimyo could not expect his troops to perform the tasks required; thus, he had to buy or broker the assistance of ninja to perform selective strikes, espionage, assassination, and infiltration of enemy strongholds.

1. Thank all you guys for ur feedback (please continue to provide it  :w00t:)
2. BobbyDigital, I love that name.  :DxDie :DxDie :DxDie
3. Who else in DC or even Marvel is more intimidating or could do the things the Batman does? If Batman needed to, he could destroy everyone in DC with nothing but his mind and will. Heck, you even have the so called champion of DC Superman crawl up in a ball when he faces Batman. Not even he can take him. Even the Martian Manhunter is intimidated by him. Point being that if he isnt a superhero, why is he always the one they always come to for help on their missions/cases and why are they so afraid of him if he's so normal

You people dont listen , i know ninja's excited but the idea of "the ninja" that people usualy have in their heads because of how the media has twisted them isnt. Ive explaned this already, get off my case about it.

Well it was very vague, you just said "Ninjas aren't real" not "The ninjas in Batman or fictional media aren't real". You should kinda see the confusion lol. Anyways, you said this
Quote

That is like saying James Bond is a Super Hero, he can do things in movies that noone IRL can do.I am not disagreeing with the statement that Batman is a Super Hero, cause according to DC and Marvel, he is. Use the term literally, he isn't.

I'm a literal kinda guy so for me, Batman's just a guy with tools whose had some training, he couldn't hold a torch to proper superheroes ie beings with superpowers.

On the line of Cap America and Forge here's my view, Cap America was experimented on whilst serving his country, they resulted in him gaining superhuman abilities - thus he's a super hero.
Forge on the other hand is a mutant whose ability allows him to create anything he sets his mind on, a normal human can create things but can they do it with the speed and precision that Forge can? No, therefor Forge is a super hero.

if for u guys Batman is not a superhero then half cast of marvel/DC is not too... Punisher do not have power, only weapon... DareDevil as a normal man strenght but "only" a radar sense" which for a blind man is not soo much... is exactly like batman to me, Iron man is just a Bruce Wayne who chose the tech armor instead of the dark gadget, The Black Widow as not super power, is training as the other and have a gadget who shot that stun attacks, Hawkeye and Green Arrow have not superpower too ecc ecc... but all this people is a superhero. is not the power who make a character a superhero, but the way it fight. :)
Sorry for my poor english but i'm italian... :P

Nope, none of those are super heroes, just regular heroes like batman.
The only exception I could think of there could be daredevil.... I know nothing of him other than he's blind, if he has an abnormal radar sense then that could make him super so I'm on the fence over him but the others? Yeah, un-super lol.

I agree on that actually. Punisher was never meant to be a superhero. He was just a pissed off guy with guns hellbent on crime after what happened to his family. That could happen to anyone.

Well we forgot Nick Fury, now that's a superhero. Common guy's it's not because you alway's see them in a Marvel Universe or DC that they are all superheroes.

And basicly Iron Man, Batman, Nick Fury, Forge, THe Punisher (don't make me laugh, or at this rate, the A-Team has made it to the superheroes) and all the name that you could think of people without superpower, are just no superheroes.

Thanks Hollow boy

I'm certainly not going to read all 5 pages, but I did read some.

I agree with Batman being a super hero. He may not have super powers, but he is super human. Yes, a person who is dedicated enough to become a martial artist/genius of his caliber would be super human. That person is at least above and beyond the standards of a normal human.

There's also the fact that "superhero" is simply a title more often affiliated to comic book heroes. You can say someone like the Flash has super powers, but I doubt people would really conscientiously consider Shiki Tohno a super hero. Tony Stark is a super hero pretty much by default as he is a comic book super hero.

Hypothetical situation: I don't think Scar's an admin, as he doesn't have what it takes to be an admin. But, regardless, in Infinity, he is the admin.

So you can't really say Batman isn't a super hero if he is defined in his universe as a super hero.
Punctuation and capitalization can make the difference between "I helped my uncle, Jack, off a horse," and, "I helped my uncle jack off a horse."

92% of people have moved onto rap. If you're part of the 8% who thinks rap isn't music, sucks to be you.

Most newer stuff sucks, though.

Daredevil is a friggin super hero you dont find normal blind people having rader sense powers.

Superheroes have powers hands down. If a dude has a giant robotic suit of armor i consider that as having Powers
