Release Party: Iceman (MM) updated to V1.2!

Iceman by Excursion has been updated to V1.2. From the readme:

What's done - V1.2:
-------------------
-Added new Hyper Portrait by b.easy and fixed sprpriority of the portrait
-Fixed issue with power meter/specials
-Corrected CLSN's
-Fixed jumping up bug after snowball explosion
-Adjusted damage of several attacks and power meter give/take
-Added a new Hyper (D,DF,F+2P's) 
-Fixed all the previously reported nickel/dime bugs I could duplicate.

Bug I ran into.  Some times after doing an air combo ending with a hp/hk, a screenbound problem comes up.  You can't move to the area of the stage behind Iceman unless you do another air combo.  The gif starts after the problem is caused.
(Excuse my first air combo mistake ^_^;)

Aside from that, enjoying him. :thumbsup:

I noticed when Iceman does a High Kick and sends his opponent across the screen the opponent will sometimes disappear from the screen.

Right on! I've always liked this Iceman, and now he just got a whole lot better. Thanks for the release Excursion, and good job on everything you did to him. I love these Mega Man characters:)

Why don't your character use the same template as the others, since it's supposed to be part of the same game (not that your way or the others' one is better, but it doesn't seem to be really serious => cf the hyper background for example) I might be wrong if you've just changed THAT and used the same bases for making the rest.
2. I hoped, that the voice would be changed and improved, 'cause (no offense) it sounded really oldschool.... and you did it again (major disappointment).

For the rest, same story as the previous version, there are tons of different style ice effects ('tons' all alone would be ok, but 'tons of different style' isn't), which, all-in-one, don't fit together.
Excursion, it probably sounds mean, it's not my intention, but I'm mad seeing a character, whom potential is here, but isn't used at his maximum, got the point ? There's still much work to provide to make it's a worth keeping character. You should ask O-Illu. to help you, his Elecman is the original Megaman char., which fits Capcom's style the most so far.

Hmm I'm not getting the problem £mω mentioned.

Anyway, I like Iceman's update.  I finally got a change to play him. 
The new hyper is a cool idea and I like it is executed / plays out.

Unfortunately, not one ice character has all of the ice styles I am comfortable with. I have used different ice effects from several other games and for the most part, most match, but to make them all similar is a tasking because unless you have tried it (making ice sprites/editing them all to look the same) then you don't know how difficult it is. Iceman and Cutman both use a different template than the other EoH characters. Both were started before (or right at the same time) as our project, EoH, was devised. I am very fond of this base as I personally think it's the closest feel to MvC, but when both were inserted into EoH, they were converted with the EoH template. I continue to update my personal versions as a personal decision. The sounds you may not like, but there is no voice out there that I thought would fit the way I envisioned Iceman to behave like and no voice actor that offered to help fix that.

The sounds you may not like, but there is no voice out there that I thought would fit the way I envisioned Iceman to behave like and no voice actor that offered to help fix that.

In that case, allow me to propose a solution to that particular hiccup. Why not put up a thread like this one?

This way, you would be able to recruit someone that can do a more suitable voice. There are a quite a few talented voice actors here, after all.  ;)
