lifebar instulation

so once again i come to the forum with a new question. if not stated in previous thread, i love kof. so in light of this, i decided to download the lifebar from kox XI. but i have no idea how to put it in. is there a tutorial for this? and i looked here in infinity and saw nothing of the sort. anybody? help. please and thank you.

ah. gomen. i rarely post here. and its kinda hard when the tutorials arnt for this lifebar here's pic to show what i got in the pack. sorry for the drawing its paint and i dont have my tablet.
