Need help with a palette (Gundam Wing Zero Custom aka Sexx with wings)

I need help with a palette for this guys Gundam Wing Zero custom.

He has this thing where he messes up palettes to where you'd think it's impossible to make the original palette. I haven't done a palette in like a year so this is very difficult for me.

As you can see, it's far from perfect, so I hope for some help from somebody that is very skilled with making palettes.
