How to do a portrait??

well, i was making my own and i know it have to be 120x140 pixels... but don't appear in the mugen, the only problem i see is because is more than 20kb... but how to do it?  they are in 8 bit and all... thanx

If your doing them in photoshop, make use set the mode to indexed before saving it out as a pcx. If you don't, the portrait won't show up at all in mugen.

I wish someone could maybe post a sticky topic in the MUGEN Help section linking to that post with "HOW TO DO PORTRAITS" in the title. I think it would cut down on the amount of people asking this question.
