Replacing some EoH chars with AvP?

Just wondering if someone deleted a post I had made about potential replacements for EoH since some will no longer be included.

I had made the suggestion of Sergeus's Aliens Vs Predator characters, since they are in the Capcom brand, and the characters are a very good fit for the group.

Maybe I'm just crazy and thought I posted it, but either way, I'm hoping someone could let me know,  and why if it was deleted.

An interesting idea, but I doubt any AvP characters will be allowed in the game, as they're not really Capcom characters. Capcom made the AvP game, but they didn't create the characters.

well....
the two humans share names with arnold's character from the first predator film, and a female character from one of the dark horse AVP minis, but the designs are capcom originals technically. I mean, arnold didn't have a robot arm in the movie, I don't think. also lynn kurosawa's design was used in namcoXcapcom.

just a thought here but capcom also didn't create Marvel characters just like they didn't create AvP chars either, but the title IS Marvel vs. Capcom, not Marvel, Aliens, Predator vs. Capcom...so It makes sense why they were not chosen for this game
