I've been thinking that since that we are making mostly Marvel vs Capcom series, why not try making a legend of it with a more feminine title like Ultimate MvC where there is not only ultimate characters but a variety of ultimate moves,combos,super moves and hyper combinations as well as new features. I will make a poll to let you decide which new feature should be added to this future game and hopefully my idea could be brought to life.

You dont have to remove a topic cuz of that, if you just edit the first post, make things a little more clear then turn it into a poll or something you wont have to just delete the topic.

i help making a mugen char. he is hawkeye and im trying to make him but i had to strt over and I need someone to help me make him. If any body read this then im sure that u would be able to help me make him.

When you say everything, it seems like you just want someone to make you a Hawkeye character, and no one is going to do that for you. You have to be specific in what you need help with. Like you cant get the sprite to look right and need help starting off or you need someone to code it if you make the sprites. If you just say everything, people are going to ingore your request because they dont want to do everything for you.

Make a bunch of sprites, like several for each move, then when youve got allot start a wip topic while you finish and you may get someone to code it for you.

Why did you quote yourself, and answered your own question??

You dont need fighter factory to make/edit sprites....you use an image editor program, like paint, photoshop, gimp, etc
