error loading char ?

hi  notice something on the new updated chars i saw in this guys page

hu i just saw here before goin to hes page he updated hes nagato char so i went to the link i saw here
well the problem is i cant upload hes char in my mugen they show up in select and all but when it comes to came play error shows up righ before the fight starts i notice this happens to all hes chars same error shows up so how to i fix this i even try to change the def. and sff name to be the same but no luck people

First open the .def file of the character to see if the file is listed
 you may find something like this :


cmd      = nameofthechar.cmd
cns      = nameofthechar.cns
st       = nameofthechar.cns
st2      = nameofthechar.st
st3=nameofthechar.st
st4=nameofthechar.st
st5      = nameofthechar.st
st6      = nameofthechar.st
stcommon = common1.cns
sprite   = nameofthechar.sff
anim     = nameofthechar.air
sound    = nameofthechar.snd
pal1     = pal_1.act
pal2     = pal_2.act
pal3     = pal_3.act

in the part I marked bold you may find the .act file that may cause problem just put a ;
before the palette like this

pal1     = pal_1.act
;pal2     = pal_2.act
pal3     = pal_3.act

and it may woks fine

Or you can find that act file in the folder and change the name to something else and then change it in the def file to the same name.
