Why does some characters keep crashing my MUGEN and how to fix them?

Well since this is what keeps getting me away from some characters I'm requesting your help for this problem.

The most common error I'm getting is some error in the .def file, maybe a missing palettes or a .cns file missing.

But if you got a real answer please, post it as soon as you can.

i use to have that problem. it depends on the computer that you have. sometimes its the mugen itself and you have to restart the computer.

It is not a video card problem.

For example I got this awesome char Omega Ghost Rugal (And yes I do love those insane/cheap chars) and everytime I add him to my select.def it crashes my MUGEN even before the main menu screen.

BUT, when I try him at FF it just runs fine.

What's going on?

Alright buddy, here is it.

"winmugen.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Any ideas?

that use to happen to me. the computer i'm using right now had a problem like that. i have to use the other computer that i have to play mugen.

@AngelM.....its no necesary to post 2 times the same thing, specially because its not helping

I think the problem has to be something related to the palletes.....check it with FF, just change the pallete order, and remove those that dont work
