Assert failure in p-make.c line 1907

So, my MUGEN has started crashing and spitting out this error message whenever I try to start a fight:

Assert failure in p-make.c line 1907

The last thing I did was to make a few changes to the select.def file, and at first, I assumed that that was the whole problem, but even now that I've taken steps to fix select.def, and even re-booted my computer, the problem persists.

Any advice?

god_king, that hind of error is from a character, you only have to check wich one is the one that is making it.

Quite right, quite right. I eventually replaced my select.def file, and that fixed the problem. Thank you for the attention, anyways, though.
