HELP WITH TAGGING KONG'S CAPTAIN AMERICA

I was trying to see if anybody know's how to correctly tag kongs captain america.  For some reason, his assist and hyper do not show up.  However, I manually added the assist state number and the patch added the hyper number.  But neither one works.  Not only that, but the when he steps out of the screen you can still see his sheild floating on the side.  Can anyone help me?

that never happened to me. i think you have to put the tag team all over again. i also experience a problem with kong's captain america. when you do a hyper with him, the oppnent does not lose life.

Maybe something is missing, or you did a mistake.

Well if anyone out can help me please let me know.  The patcher im using works for his other characters but not captain america.  I think it has something to do with his shield coding.  Mystik blazes works but this one doesnt.
