Cannot send messages to contacts on MSN Live Messenger?

For some odd reason, I'm not able to send messages to anyone on my contact list in Windows Live Messenger. Whenever I attempt to, a message comes up in the box saying "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:". It does say that I'm connected and my internet is working perfectly. MSN also shows people signing on and stuff like that. Is anyone else having this problem besides me? Also, this started happening like a few minutes ago.

I dont use that program, what i would suggest is running the exe file and reparing it. If that dosnt work uninstal then reinstal it. Should work after that.
