I had mugen on my PSP . It's kind of slow , doesn't really run right , &
of characters didn't work .
From what I hear it was just like the rest of the mugen community . It was surrounded by chaos & controversy . So for some reason the guy figuring out how to make it run gave up on it . Some other hacker was making another version , but I think both of these has been cast aside .
Run it on an Xbox . It runs much better anyway .
