how to change damage on specials

im trying to change the damage on mizuki takase's specials because they are really weak for specials and need the attack power boasted up. so how do i change damage on attacks?

you will need to find wich statedef you need to edit...to make that use the debug mode (the white letters) when you make a move in the low left corner there is something named stateno that is the statedef taht you need to find......after finding it....there should be a hitdef or a projectil (or a helper)......just adjust the damage value
