I love this new cartoon and the recharacterization of Aquaman is wonderful.

The cartoon is really cool, didn't expect to like it so much. However, they made Aquaman a bit dimwitted IMO.

I didnt see him as dimwitted. The way he articulates his adventures to ocean master is pretty sharp. I think they were going for a Prince Vultan from Flash Gordon style of personality. A little less methodical than Aquaman is, but I get what they are doing. Theyre making him likable to the average person to expose them to a side of the character most people outside of comics dont get to see.

I really like them using the New Atom (Ryan Choi) and Jaimie Reyes (the new Blue Beetle) while at the same time have shown Ray Palmer and Ted Kord the classic versions.

My daughter loves the show, and I like the Silver Age depictions done in a modern style. Those that havent seen the Justice league movie (New Frontier) that was the launch pad for this, run out and rent it!

Love the show!! I like all the obligatory cameos and appeareances from lesser known characters.
