i highly doubt this is best mugen character of all time.   it was pretty funny to see chuck norris , but i think it was a overall joke.

i dont have one overall favorite character, i have a whole bunch  it would'nt be fair to say one is better than the other (although some are) just to show respect to others, i wouldnt nominate one as the best, check the database here, theres of great characters..

It's first time to see Chuck Norris in mugen, and I think he has a cheap AI!   
btw, there are a lot of characters with tough AI and characters who are stronger than Chuck Norris (I think...) 

and best mugen character...  Ummm, I don't know because there are a lot of them.

chuck norris, and here i was expecting some sorta god dragon claw or something, still it looks pretty cool

best - wolverine, his ai is pretty tough

Wtf, poor Chuck Norris he has been ashamed.
That thing sucked hard, it even didnt have Clsn (he couldnt be hit)
He doesn't have any AI because he has 1Hit Ko attacks.
He is unbeatable...
I know it was supposed to be a joke character but I dont see any fun about him, maybe only his name


The real Chuck Norris is awesome though, in so many ways
