Weird Talking Dog Woman Creature Thingy

I remember seing this on youtube ages ago, and now i really want to see it again and its driving me nuts.
It was like a talking dog woman thing that was in a cage... It was like a dog with a womans head and people were asking it questions and it was talking back, it was probably fake but i still really want to see it again.
It looked really real if it was fake though.
