This is the third update for the Captain. Many more things have been improved. AI is much cleaner. Hurricane has been re-animated. The Cyclone as well. Some tuch ups to his MVC style juggle combos. Plesae feel free to let me know of any other errors.

I really like the char...the Ai is really great....the only issue is that it needs more sounds....and maybe one or 2 more hypers

Yeah I have figure out how to get sounds to execute when he gets hurt. The hypers I can definitely get to work on
