Fun with Screenpacks and Music EDITED

So i've got MUGEN and i'm pretty good with adding characters/stages etc.  I'm not where near good enough to edit things inside character files, but maybe I will be one day.  The problem I always seem is with the screenpacks.  It seems that every screenpack I download never seems to work.  I always get an error whenever I try to start things up.  If I find a screenpack that actually works, the usual problem I have is that the music is ALWAYS messed up and broken, which isn't exactly the best thing to listen to.

Can anyone give me some tips/help dealing with Screenpacks, getting them to work, etc?

Also, if anyone has any tips/help about setting music for MUGEN then it would also be much appreciated.

Any and all help is very appreciated.  It would be a really big help if someone could give me a hand...

Depends on what screenpack you're trying to use. About the music, you probably just need the right plug-in and the appropriate lines inside the mugen.cfg file.

Ok so I wanted to know how to get the Capcom VS SNK 2 screenpack to work because it always give me an error.  Can someone help me out?

There's more than one CVS2 screenpack. For the plug-in, it depends on what format you want to use, mp3, ogg, adx, etc.. all use different ones.
