How can i capture a still frame from a video..?

 HI guys!
How can capture a still frame from a video..?

Cuz i want to make a quality comparison
and to do so
i need to take the same accurate screenshot
from both of my videos...

I tried some software here and there but
they aren't accurate at all!

I've never been able to save the same exact frame
from both of my videos...

Any idea would be really appreciated!

I just take my videos in Windows Movie Maker and take a snapshot.

Have you tried the PrtScr button on your keyboard?

guys, my problem is the accuracy!

I've never been able to save the same exact frame
from both of my videos...

let's say a take a frame from my video#1 at 17:02
and then take a frame from my video#2 at 17:02

they still won't be exactly at the same position!
