i have tried to update my profile with a pic so id dos not look plain,i was told i need to host the pic somewhere else and post a link on my profile.i tried and tried and still nothing, can someone tell me step by step on how and where im suposed to do this.thanks in advanced.

Get an account with photobucket then pick the image you want and upload it to photobucket. After that there should be a window when you highlight the image in photobucket and it should say 1)something 2) something 3) direct link and 4)image code or something like that. For the avatar use the direct link and for a sig use the image code which will begin and end with this
