fighter factory weak AI

some of the characters i have, their AIs will often just stand there and barely do anything, how can i make them better fighters?

Some chars doesnt have and Ai code.....so you will have to add an Ai system, then start coding what you want the Ai to make.......coding Ai its one of the most difficult parts of creating, so if you dont know how to code, I suggest you first start with something easier.
