Mugen intro

hey guys i found a great Tutorial from susandirs "HOW To put Youtube video in mugen"

but can someone say me how i can make a mugen intro without any color loss ?

Seems to me like you want to know the correct way of making ".pcx" images out of video frames? ...so you can then turn them into an intro?

Well the best way to avoid color loss is to extract the frames from the video in a ".png" format. Then after turn them into .pcx

But you should read this tutorial for better results in the visual aspect of your final images. It's a portrait tutorial , but if you read it you'll be better off and feel more adequate making the best images for use in M.U.G.E.N, trust me.
