why i cant release my chars edits here??

i was told by a mod that i cant because that what admins want
BUT I BREAK NO RULES!!!
can someone really explainme why my release topic was taken off??
i credited the original author and all..so whats the prob??
if pots went opensource i see no problem AT   ALL..

I see no problem, just remake the topic again because if I remember right in the Guild topic, Excursion said it was okay as long as credit was given. You said you did give, then there should be no problem.

EDIT: PotS is open source if he still with Guild... and he is.

Since I have not been around for almost 3 days...
I don't know what on Earth is going on with the guild and all of this crap so...

I'll take out your topic again and I hope everyone is right about the Guild going insane and P.o.t.S. going open source.

I'll explain:

1) That whole open source policy was created & used only by the Guild.
2) The rules of the Guild goes against pretty much most (if not all) forums in the Mugen community, which are still abiding to rules and codes of ethics
3) The Guild supports & is, more or less, a warehouse.

In other words, each forum in the mugen community have their rules. At Infinity, only people who create their own stuff or got permission from an author to use his/her stuff are allowed to release their stuff. The Guild's new rules are still fresh & new, and at the same time only applies to the Guild. Infinity doesn't go by any of the Guild's rules because it goes against the policies that keep the mugen community going.

Sorry, even though it's said at the Guild that P.o.t.S' stuff is now open source, that's not accepted here...yet. Maybe if P.o.t.S wrote this statement on his own at his own site, then we'll acknowledge this. But until then....

Then why is the unrequestable list gone? Excursion said that it's because he doesn't know who is open or not, so I see no problem with it if Excursion doesn't mind?
