the millionth time asked:how do i make my char smaller

can someone help me with this i have kazmirs (i spelt that wrong)mk ninja chars and there all bigger than everyone so how do i make them smaller?

check the cns      you  should find something like these

xscale = 1
yscale = 1


just edit that values

this is the Mugen default setting. This means for the character to play at the normal sprite size inputted by the creator. Change the value to 0.9 or under will make the character smaller, while 1.1 and up with make him bigger.
