Odd downloads on this site

I haven't been here in awhile, so I apologize for not being in the loop. Just got back into mugen and was downloading some characters and stages, when i noticed most the chars and stages made for EoH game is a ".ace" file rather than a rar or a zip. how do i go about using that?
