[Hi Res] KOF XI Ice Palace Stage

This is my first attempt at making a High res stage, so any problems just let me know. This is the Ice Palace stage from King of fighters XI, note the sky is actually from arcana heart as the rips i had didnt include the sky sprites. Big thanks to wuwo and Just no point for the sprites and P.O.T.S. for beta testing.
