Alright I finally got him lets try him out.

everytime time this char using the charging up move to power up level bar my mugen slows down this is the only char that does it and i have 1500chars in my mugen running on a nice cpu

Yes I know about this bug but I have no idea how to fix it. I will look and try and fix this when I feel better. Right now im sick as a dog as my sister gave me her viral infection. So im not doing anything but read right now.


EDIT: I went ahead and fixed it here is the new one with the fix applied , I had to take out the little particles but I added an aura effect that gets bigger as he gets closer to full strength. Anyway here is the download.  http://rapidshare.com/files/151907302/Shin2_Akuma.rar
