Creating Life Bars

Could someone point me in the right direction in creating HI-RES lifebars?  Alll help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advanced

and lookin at the default ones that come with mugen and other people lifebars just remember hi-res is   640 by 480 and thats what you got to make your life bars at    and if you have any question just ask me I am on my 6th lifebar at the moment and I have a pretty good grasp of it now

unfortunately no because I make all mine from scratch...
