sprite swap?

okay, i can understand how use photoshop, im askin how do i sprite swap cuz after i tried it, my sprite became black or white how to correct this?

Maybe because your sprite doesn't have shared colors with the pallete of the original "thing" that you want to edit.

ahh i mean in FF? changing someones sprites and replacing a new one?

The new sprites you are adding need to have the same palette as the sprites you are replacing, otherwise it will look all distorted.

If you've seen my vid for converting images, you'll know how to make a pal file for the images your making.
You have to do that before you'll get sprites that work right.
