Yeah, that seems to sum up most of the descriptions I've heard of this creature. When I lived in Miami, back in the late '90s, there were a lot of Chupacabra sightings. I remember seeing footage on the news of goats that were found totally drained of blood with puncture marks on their necks. No bloody mess or anything, just a dried up goat in the middle of a field....

As far as getting help on making this character goes, just work on the spriting for now. If you get enough finished it will be easier to find people willing to help you code the character. Good luck on this project! This would be a nice change of pace from most of what gets released.

I think the goat could have been infected with a virus. Maybe it was a test animal for something. You know how those mad scientists like to go around testing their crap on things nobody would suspect.

I'm gaving up on the Chupacabra,  I've not worked on the thing for sometime now.  So now it's open to anyone here willing to take over from me, just let me kown first.
