Need help! with infinity screenpack!

I so want this number Shrunked but donno how .. i been trying to edit it my self tried numerous methods but none worked please help!!!!!!!!!!!! Driving me > <

Go to Data, Search a file named mugen.cfg, open it with notepad and search with Ctrl + F "VideoWin", scroll down and you will find a line like this:
 ;Set this parameter to use a resolution-doubling filter. You will

 ;0 - off
 ;1 - diagonal edge detection
 ;2 - bilinear filtering

DoubleRes = 2 <---Change the 2 for 4.
