how do i edit a character? i dont know how to start. i look at some tutorials but i dont get it. can anyone help.

i want change how a character looks.

So you want to change the sprites.

Well if youve already made the images all you have to do is follow the steps in this video.

Now if you dont have the images youve made already. You'll need an artprogram like paint, or GIMP or Photoshop.
Gimp is free and you could download it from a few places, like download.com (i prefer version 2.2 to the current version)
If youve got photoshop or are fine with using paint that came with windows, theres lots of videos on youtube for using those for sprite editing for mugen.
If you want to use gimp, im going to be making a video about that soon.

i want to edit the sprite of wolverine so he looks like this . i saw this character on a trading card when i was little. i dont know how to start or how to do it. i looked for tutorial but no luck there. this will be my first time making a character.
