Spammer problem

my forum has a problem with a spammer, I had to ban him for the million time, but he just keeps coming back and spams, plus he is gonna send me porn spam, Is there a way I can make sure he doesn't come back for good, because he always changes his E-mail address and his IP address, I hate him so much!!!!!!!!!! He keeps posting porn all over the forum too

idk if forums can do this but if u ban his
