This character?

I need help making this character. I watched the 4 parts of the mugen tutorial on youtube, and did everything it said, but my character just doesn't work  :'(  :'(  :'( Can anyone tell me whats wrong with it?

I guessing here but maybe its cause the char.def dosent have any palletes to pick from... thats just a guess though

Looks like your sprites aren't indexed to 256 colors. Also, you might want to read the docs so you can do the air file properly.

none of your sprite have palettes so its basiclly nothing there if you start mugen

That might happen, but mugen just crashes when I start it.
