Guard Push Problem

Hi, I was experimenting some coding, as I need some help for the advance/guad push coding, after I have perform the advanced guard command, my character keep staying in his guard stance without moving, I do not know what is wrong when I compare to other marvel style characters like redhot's work since my character is based on redhot (don't worry redhot, I am just experimenting some mugen coding as I do not want to released the character, hope you don't get mad :P):
