how 2 have a single boss fight

does anyone know if I could have single boss fight in team mode I tried the blank character but when I beat the boss the round continues.

You cant really. Because even if you use a blank character that instantly dies at the start, theres a chance that the boss will just double up on himself.

Do we have any chance to determine if the blank char will be selected on second place ALWAYS? because if CPU selects it on first place, you will get no name and no portrait in the vs screen...
