Trying to Make a Palette but the spirites aren't shared??

Hey guys,

I was wondering if the sprites aren't shared I can't make a palette, so how do I go about fixing the problem??  Do I need to remove all the sprites or something else??

If they're not shared, then just make them shared. Of course, if they don't already share the same palette, then you'll have to go through the trouble of having them share the same palette.

yeah, I did that and the sprites colours come out distorted??  And how do I go about the process of having them all shared?
