Converting normal characters to MvC type characters

Can anyone tell me how to convert a normal character to a MvC type character. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.

well you're in luck my friend, the name is R@CE 45 and thats what i am doin right now... its not an easy task, but i tell ya what, who r you tryin to do, just send it to me and i'll make him somewhat close to mvc cus i'm still learning some stuff but i already kno how to do most of everything

The character's name is Master Lue. He is a Shin Akuma edit from P.O.T.S Shin Akuma. The edit was by Jimmy Lue. I just wanted to make this character MvC for myself . I will not in shape or form take credit for this character. I just wanted to edit him for my style of fighting. I can send him to you via email.
