How so? Is it too big? Shaped weird?

It was just a trace over the original Elena sprite so I'm not sure how to fix it

yeah, its a bit strange at Elena's sprite too. And her sprites were rotoscopied, which makes it even weird.

its the joint of shoulder and arm, her arm is skinny

Update, almost done with it.

Just need to work on the hands, the other leg, the sash thing, and the hair

This is all I have time for on my laptop without mouse

I guess Elena is a horrible base

you could use Mai from SNK
also: increase my edit at around 10% then you will have a more accurate mvc size

i just tend to edit at that smaller size first.
